phtaya22 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

phtaya22 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios and are subject to the rules and procedures of those studios. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtaya22 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phtaya22 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. phtaya22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You may close your phtaya22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

phtaya22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, phtaya22 may withhold account balances pending investigation.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phtaya22 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phtaya22 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations and follows guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) with respect to player protection and responsible gaming standards.
